Led Walking Programme

The following walks are designed to support the health and wellbeing of residents in the Vale of Glamorgan. Supported by Sport Wales.

                    Health Walks - Coffee Shop Strollers Walks up to 1 hour. No stiles, steps or steep inclines.

                    Progression Walks - Walks up to 90 minutes. Some stiles, steps or steep inclines.

                    Extended Walks - Walks up to 3 hours. Many stiles, steps or steep inclines. Bring drink and a snack.

Be prepared - In rural areas you may encounter stiles, uneven surfaces, steep sections, soft wet ground.

Remember - Appropriate footwear and clothing, children to be accompanied by an adult, park responsibly, follow the countryside code.

Cerdded Cymraeg / Welsh Walking

Os ydych chi'n dysgu Cymraeg, neu yn siaradwr rhugl ac yn chwilio am gyfle i ddefnyddio'r iaith Gymraeg dyma' teithiau i chi!   Mae'r teithiau i gyd yn rhai anffurfiol, ac yn cynnig y cyfle i sgwrsio ac ymarfer eich Cymraeg o fewn grwp cymdeithasol. Rydyn ni'n cerdded ym Mro Morgannwg ac weithiau yn y siroedd cyfagos.

Crwydro - Taith rhwydd tuag awr yn addas i'r teulu holl.

If you are a Welsh learner, speaker or even want to use whatever Welsh you have, however little, then these walks are for you. All walks are informal and give you the chance to practise in a sociable group.

'Crwydro' is an easy walk of up to an hour 1 hour

         This sign indicates a bilingual walk. Welsh speakers and learners especially welcome.
